Whether your ceremony is here or at your
church, we will greet your guests as they arrive with butler-served
beverage from silver trays garnished with fresh roses.
The
Meaning of Hospitality!
While you are having your formal's taken,
your guests will enjoy a champagne cocktail hour inside the mansion.
Butler's will serve tray-passed hors d' oeuvres & champagne
(or wine) while our magnificent shrimp tower entices guests in
the main salon of the mansion.
Make
a Definitive Statement!
When you notify us that your formals are
done and you are ready to proceed, we'll escort your guests into
the Dinner Tent where we've created an atmosphere that is essential
to the formal affair...soft lighting, towering centerpieces, hundreds
of roses, tables in your wedding colors and chair covers are just
the beginning. Chandeliers and flower-rimmed parasols swing from
the ceiling as guests are directed by our staff to their tables.
Beautiful glassware and personalized napkin-rings with your engagement
photo is at each table. Romantic music sets the mood.
Our majestic CRYSTAL TREE will centerpiece the breathtaking Bridal
Table set in your colors.
Enchant
your Senses!
Enjoy the first course with the earthy,
intensity of a delicious soup (hot or chilled), followed by one
of our signature salads and then a Sorbet Course, all served to
the table. Then the bride will decide whether her guests will
be treated to a plated meal brought to their table or whether
they will dismiss by table to our spectacular SHOWCASE BUFFET
complete with ice sculpture, fruit carvings and over-the-top presentation
for their fourth course. Menu will include a carving station along
with a second entree and several of our scratch-made sides. As
always, professional staff would attend the buffet. As a fifth
course, we will serve to the table a small scoop of frozen vanilla
yogurt as a palate cleanse and aid to digestion. Of course wine
with dinner is included.
All this followed by the toast & cake cutting (cake included.)
The champagne will be served to the table by our staff as will
their slice of cake.

Exit the Dinner Tent and move to the Party!
While your guests were enjoying their meal in the tent, our staff
has been transforming the garden & pavilion into the ultimate
garden party setting! A mixture of Bistro style & cocktail
style tables, stools and chairs surround the black & white
dance floor. Garden lights, topiaries and lanterns create a magical
mood for the final touch to a fabulous event. The DJ (included)
will have a custom mix created especially for you and will be
prepared for your first dance as you enter the pavilion. Karaoke
anyone? It's included.
Magical
Nectar!
The bar will be open offering guests Margaritas,
Martini's, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, White Zinfandel, of
course Champagne and our Signature Sangria and Hard Cider.

but Ordinary!
In between dances and glasses of champagne,
we will cordially invite your guests to indulge in the magnificent
44" Chocolate Fountain. Cascading with over 25 pounds of
imported Belgium Chocolate along with several dipping items and
professional attendant all showcased in our lighted Chocolate
Fountain Gazebo .
Coffee
Anyone?
Step into the Mansion for a visit to our
Coffee Lounge for a choice of Dark Roast or French Vanilla coffee
mixed to your liking and served by an attendant.
And,
If that isn't Enough..
Complete the entire setting with our magnificent
Drum Horse Stallion and vintage carriage. Not only for the bride
& groom, we'll provide carriage rides for your guests!
